The Vacancy

We are looking for Relief Shift Security Auditor! 

Key responsibilities - 

  • Security Audit of every process throughout the entire production process including product in all materials associated with print, waste destruction, and delivery of product to ensure security compliance to ISO 14298, Group Policy Standards, GBSM, Site Security management Document and customer security requirements.
  • Monitoring compliance to ISO 14298, GBSM, customer security requirements and maintaining relevant security documentation for each process.
  • Reporting and recording of any non-conformances to standards or breaches of security in line with the site security management document and GBSM.
  • Engage with all departments to ensure high standards of security levels are maintained.
  • Ensure accurate, robust, and clear security audit procedures are being followed by all departments.
  • Initiate and conduct security investigations of security incidents under the direction of the Site Compliance Audit Lead or Site Security Manager. Assist incident escalation & investigation.
  • Audit the batch Balancing process and all imbalances and non-compliance related to Batches to be escalated. Conduct Process discrepancy investigation.
  • Undertake other duties under the direction of the Site Compliance Audit Lead or Site Security Manager to support the needs of the business.
