The Vacancy
We are looking for Relief Quality Controller !
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out and record product quality verifications as defined in quality control plans. Keep records in QIS, and 100% data compliance is a must.
Demonstrate key skills, knowledge about standards & understanding of customer expectations in the role to enhance quality culture.
Prepare job specifications and Keep 100% compliance to defined first off checks.
Ensure availability of sample sheets / notes for online quality issues as a support for quality improvements.
For quality deviations, follow the defined escalation path timely with right information and manage nonconformities according to the quarantine procedure.
Follow a formal shift handover to communicate shift wise quality status among all stake holders and use care points/ quality flashes for the points which need a focus and attention.
Contribute to PFMEAs / problem solving on request to drive for prevention.
Support for capability assessments / SPC & quality improvement trials when required.
Specific to Print
Sign off run on passes at press approvals together with print FLMs.
Update PDCA boards shift wise. Present in Level 3 as quality representative with right information and facts. Ensure availability of sheeting reference sheets for key quality concerns.
Carryout incoming inspection for chrome plates and Foil reels.
Ensure availability of sample sheets for security materials and specimens.
Specific to Finishing
Carry out and record final product audit as defined in quality control plan. Keep records in QIS.
Carry out sheeting audit to ensure no escapes of critical / major defects.
Complete the governor’s bundle on time in specimen standard
Update pass albums and deploy to the line
Specific to SNIM
Prepare SNIM reference materials timely and accurately. Communicate to key stake holders through formal records and maintain SNIM calibration albums.
Analyse IPP reports and present SNIM daily quality behaviour.
